Job Summary: Welder's Helper (Lost Hills, CA)

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Welder's Helper to join our team in Lost Hills, CA. In this role, you will assist skilled welders in various tasks, including preparing materials, maintaining tools and equipment, and ensuring safety and efficiency in the welding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist welders in preparing materials, tools, and equipment for welding projects.

• Handle and organize metal components for welding and fabrication.

• Ensure a clean and safe work environment by maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas.

• Help with the inspection and testing of welded products to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.

• Follow safety protocols and assist in minimizing risks during welding activities.

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

• Basic knowledge of welding processes or a desire to learn.

• Strong attention to detail and safety.

• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.

Schedule:

• 10-hour shifts, 6 days per week, Monday-Saturday, 6AM-5PM
