Key Staffing is currently seeking a Property Maintenance Technician for a site in Windsor, CA, which is still under construction. Your main responsibility will be assisting with unit inspections for vacant units.

Schedule:
 Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete maintenance and repair tasks efficiently.
• Accurately estimate time and resources required for repairs.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Manage inventory of materials and supplies.
• Coordinate and oversee work by external contractors when needed.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in property maintenance or a related field.
• Proficient with maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to handle physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
