Position Simmary: 

We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Parts Runner / Laborer to support daily operations at a busy industrial facility in Lost Hills, CA. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has a clean driving record, and is comfortable performing a combination of delivery, warehouse, facility support, and general labor duties.

The ideal candidate will have experience with delivery driving, warehouse operations, or maintenance support and be comfortable working outdoors in a physically demanding environment. 

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver tools, materials, and parts from local and regional vendors.
• Assist maintenance and operations teams by delivering urgent parts and materials.
• Operate a tractor with attachments and a water truck.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vendor transactions.
• Restock office supplies, breakrooms, and restroom supplies throughout the facility.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing inventory.
• Perform general site labor, including assisting with irrigation systems, aeration piping, fencing, signage, compost operations, and facility maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate professionally with vendors, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in delivery driving, warehouse, maintenance support, or general labor.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must pass a drug screen and physical. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Warehouse or inventory experience.
• Basic mechanical aptitude or facility maintenance experience.
• Experience operating tractors, water trucks, or similar equipment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
• Experience supporting maintenance or operations teams.
• Strong customer service skills when interacting with vendors and suppliers.
