Job Title: HR Assistant
Location: Lost Hills, CA
Pay: $20.60 per hour
Schedule: Sunday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Start Date: Monday or Tuesday
Duration: Temporary assignment through mid-October

Position Overview:
One of our clients, a leading company in the nut processing industry, is seeking an HR Assistant to provide support during the peak harvest season. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate who is eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the onboarding process for seasonal employees, ensuring paperwork and documentation are completed accurately.

• Support with timecard management and verification to ensure proper tracking of employee hours.

• Communicate with employees regarding HR policies, attendance, and scheduling.

• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

• Recent college graduate or candidate with strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Detail-oriented and dependable.
