Job Title: Restoration Laborer / Contents Technician (Temporary Project)

Location: Trinity Center, CA
Pay Rate: $18–$19 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Project Duration: Approximately 4 weeks (weather dependent)

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Restoration Laborers / Contents Technicians to support a temporary project with a restoration company, completing a hoarder cleanout. This role will assist with hoarder content move-outs, packing and handling household contents, and site cleanup. Candidates must be comfortable with physical labor and working in environments affected by fire or property damage.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hoarder content move-out and packing of household items
• Safely handle, transport, and organize contents for removal
• Clean demolition debris and remove materials from the site
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and onsite instructions
• Work closely with crew leads and the project manager
• Support restoration efforts as directed by ServPro staff

Work Environment

• Active jobsite with debris, damaged materials, and varying weather conditions
• Work may be delayed or extended due to weather or safety concerns
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) required

Dress Code / Requirements

• Steel-toed boots (required)
• Khaki pants
• Solid-colored jacket or shirt
• T-shirt provided onsite

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Comfortable working in restoration or cleanup environments
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Previous construction, restoration, cleanup, or labor experience is a plus (not required)

Additional Information

• This is a temporary assignment with an estimated duration of four weeks
• Weather conditions may affect work schedules and project length
• All work is supervised onsite by management
