Executive Assistant

$20–$28/hour (DOE)
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support daily operations in a high-paced, hands-on environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an office setting that supports the construction, oil field, and power plant industries. The right candidate is organized, professional, adaptable, and eager to contribute.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to emails, prepare and manage estimates, spreadsheets, and bid documents

• Draft and edit Microsoft Excel and Word documents with high accuracy

• Coordinate scheduling and day-to-day administrative tasks

• Run occasional personal errands, such as dry cleaning pickups

• Maintain an organized and efficient office environment

Initial Focus Areas (First 6 Months):

• Gain familiarity with company processes and workflow

• Support leadership by managing key administrative needs

• Build trust and reliability in a fast-paced, field-adjacent office setting

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and spreadsheets

• Fast and accurate typing and data entry skills

• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable working near construction, oil field, or power plant environments

• Strong communication and multitasking abilities

Preferred Experience:

• Background or familiarity with the construction, oil, or energy industries

• Experience supporting field teams or executive leadership in similar environments
