Maintenance Technician

Location: Lost Hills, CA

Pay: $23.87

Schedule: Full-Time | 2nd Shift 1:00pm-9:30pm + Overtime and Weekends as Needed

Position Overview

Key Staffing is currently seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support operations within a fast-paced food production environment. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.

This is a hands-on position ideal for candidates with strong mechanical and electrical experience who are comfortable working in an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on production and processing equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime
• Maintain conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and other industrial machinery
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures
• Document maintenance activities and report on equipment performance
• Collaborate with production teams to support operational efficiency

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Experience troubleshooting motors, VFDs, sensors, and PLCs is a plus
• Familiarity with food processing, agriculture, or manufacturing environments is a plus
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and industrial environments
