Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Tulare, CA

Pay: $18.00/hour

Shift: 2nd Shift (12-hour shifts may be required)

Summary:
The Machine Operator is responsible for ensuring efficient production while adhering to Company safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) policies. The role includes operating industrial trucks (forklifts, elevating platforms, etc.) to handle products, equipment, and materials, while maintaining a clean and audit-ready work area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up, start, operate, changeover, clean, and maintain machinery.
• Perform pre-operation and hourly checks, documenting results.
• Ensure the correct product is loaded and ready for the incoming shift.
• Stage product and ensure proper tagging and documentation.
• Communicate any mechanical or performance issues to the supervisor, making necessary adjustments.
• Operate forklifts and other industrial trucks for loading/unloading materials.
• Maintain adequate housekeeping and follow all safety procedures on the production line.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating industrial machines, preferably in food packaging or processing.
• Ability to comply with safety, quality, and GMP standards.
• Forklift certification required.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 years of related experience.
• 
  

Certifications:

• Forklift Certification required.
