This firm is known for its commitment to excellence and has been serving clients throughout California for over 70 years. Their legal services span complex business litigation, estate planning, agricultural law, labor and employment matters, and more.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience as a Litigation Secretary

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Professional and courteous client interaction

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through

• Ability to manage client intake, prepare legal documents, and provide comprehensive administrative support

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $52,000 – $80,000/year, depending on experience and qualifications
