Location: Lost Hills, CA | Salary: $80,000–$120,000/year | Day Shift

Position Overview:
As the Plant Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead the maintenance operations at a busy industrial plant. You’ll oversee a team of technicians, ensuring all equipment and facilities operate at peak efficiency, while maintaining the highest safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and guide the maintenance team to ensure high performance and safety.

• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans to reduce downtime.

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues quickly and effectively.

• Maintain compliance with OSHA and other regulatory safety protocols.

• Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and seek cost-effective solutions.

• Oversee spare parts inventory and timely procurement.

• Collaborate with production to minimize disruptions during maintenance.

• Maintain detailed records and generate reports on maintenance activity.

• Continuously seek process improvements to increase plant efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred.
• 5+ years of plant maintenance experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Proven team leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety programs including LOTO and OSHA compliance.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Able to lift/push/pull 25–50 lbs and climb stairs or around equipment as needed.

• Must pass a drug screen and physical; valid driver’s license required.
