We are currently seeking a skilled IT Technician. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems, possess excellent troubleshooting skills, and have a strong understanding of networking and TCP/IP stack.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, identifying root causes and implementing solutions promptly.
• Provide technical support to end-users, resolving IT issues efficiently.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring smooth operation.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks, including system updates, patches, and backups.
• Reload computers and perform data transfers as needed.
• Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
• Proficiency in Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Understanding of networking principles and TCP/IP stack.
• Experience with Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
