Key Staffing is seeking a skilled Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for general facility maintenance, repairs, and upkeep across both indoor and outdoor areas. You will perform a wide range of tasks, including painting, plumbing repairs, office installations, and safety maintenance. If you are self-motivated, punctual, and have hands-on experience with maintenance tasks, we want to hear from you!

Pay: $20 - $25 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

1. Painting and Surface Maintenance:

   • Paint walls, poles, parking lot lines, and pedestrian walkways to maintain a clean and professional appearance of the plant and surrounding areas.

2. Plumbing Repairs & Fixture Maintenance:

   • Replace and repair toilets, towel dispensers, faucets, sinks, and other plumbing fixtures within the facility.
   • Perform routine water line repairs throughout the plant.

3. Office Repairs and Installations:

   • Install mini blinds, doorknobs, doors, hinges, and floors within office areas.
   • Ensure all work in office spaces meets a high standard of uniformity and aesthetic quality.

4. Safety & Infrastructure Maintenance:

   • Maintain and repair walkway safety netting, fences, and other safety-related structures around the facility to ensure safe passage for employees.

5. Forklift Operation & Material Handling:

   • Safely operate a forklift to move materials or equipment as needed throughout the facility.

6. Technology & Work Orders:

   • Use a tablet or mobile device to receive, track, and complete work orders. Proficiency with work order management systems is essential.

7. Tool Utilization & General Maintenance:

   • Use hand tools such as hammers, shovels, wrenches, and other equipment to perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks.
