Key Staffing is seeking experienced Forklift Operators for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Tulare, CA. This position offers competitive pay and the chance to join a fast-paced team in a leading nut processing facility.

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely operate sit-down forklifts to move materials within the facility.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and shipments.
• Transport pallets of products and materials between production areas and storage.
• Conduct pre-operational safety inspections on forklifts and report any maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and follow all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating a sit-down forklift.
• Proficient in using RF scanners for inventory management.
• Ability to work overnight 3rd shift (8:30 PM – 5:00 AM) with potential overtime during busy periods.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
