Pay Rate: $23–$28 per hour

Position Overview
Our client is a well-established and growing service provider within the oil and gas industry, supporting field operations. They are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to directly support the CEO.
This role requires a professional who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and who brings hands-on purchasing experience within oil and gas operations. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted extension of the executive team, managing both professional and personal administrative responsibilities with efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Personal Support
- Provide direct day-to-day administrative and personal support to the CEO
- Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and scheduling priorities
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, vendors, and external partners
Purchasing & Procurement (Required)
- Manage purchasing activities related to oil and gas operations, equipment, parts, and services
- Create, track, and reconcile purchase orders
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and field operations to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain purchasing records and support cost tracking and approvals
Administrative & Operational Support
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and executive-level documentation
- Assist with invoice review, approvals, and coordination with accounting as needed
- Support internal processes and special projects as assigned
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Required Qualifications
- Purchasing experience within the oil and gas industry (required)
- Strong understanding of oilfield operations, terminology, and procurement processes
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and purchasing systems
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a CEO or owner in an oil and gas or industrial services environment
- Familiarity with vendor negotiations and cost controls
- Ability to anticipate executive needs and operate independently
