Job Title: Driver/Warehouse Position
Location: Bakersfield, CA 93301
Pay Rate: $17-$18 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM (may vary), 1-hour lunch break, standard 40-hour workweek. Occasional Saturdays.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Driver/Warehouse employee to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience, be able to lift up to 75 pounds, and possess strong attention to detail. Prior experience in warehouse or retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare customer orders by hand-picking materials (no RF scanner)
• Shrink wrap and load products for delivery
• Safely operate a forklift (certification provided on-site)
• Handle basic machinery for cutting wire
• Maintain an organized warehouse
• Follow all safety protocols

Requirements:

• 21+ years old with a valid, clean driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50-75+ pounds
• Forklift experience (certification provided)
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
