Job Description

Position Overview

Key Staffing is currently recruiting for dependable Crew Members to join a growing industrial services company supporting pipe inspection and production operations. This position is responsible for assisting with the inspection, preparation, and handling of pipe and tubular products while maintaining quality standards and supporting daily production activities.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, comfortable working outdoors, and able to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced industrial environment. Previous oilfield, construction, manufacturing, or industrial experience is preferred but not required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Wash, clean, and prepare pipe and tubular products for inspection and processing.
  • Install and remove thread protectors and protective caps on pipe.
  • Assist with magnetic particle inspections after completing company-provided training.
  • Operate and monitor buffing and inspection equipment as directed.
  • Load, unload, stage, and move materials throughout the facility.
  • Perform general labor duties to support production and yard operations.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas while following company housekeeping standards.
  • Follow all OSHA regulations, company safety procedures, and quality standards.
  • Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing, oilfield, construction, warehouse, or production environments preferred.
  • Oilfield or tubular inspection experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience operating EMI inspection equipment is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic with dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive physical labor throughout the workday.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • English-speaking or bilingual candidates preferred.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.
  • Ability to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.
  • Steel-toe boots required.
  • Hard hat and safety glasses will be provided.
  • Must successfully pass all pre-employment screenings, including a background check and drug screening.
