Job Description
Key Staffing is seeking highly skilled Concrete Finishers with a strong background in both forming and finishing for a project located in Bloomington, CA. This is a short-term opportunity ideal for professionals with at least 4 years of hands-on experience who are committed to quality, safety, and precision in their work.
Location: Bloomington, CA
Project Start Date: July 21
Duration: Approximately 2 weeks
Start Time: 6:00 AM Daily
Compensation:
$25–$30/hour (based on experience)
Requires Traveling - Must be available to interview in person in Bakersfield, CA.
$172/day Per Diem
Key Responsibilities:
Execute all phases of concrete forming and finishing with accuracy and efficiency
Interpret blueprints and site plans to ensure proper placement and leveling
Set, align, and secure forms for concrete structures
Smooth and finish surfaces using hand tools, trowels, and power finishing equipment
Maintain job site cleanliness and follow safety protocols at all times
Collaborate effectively with the field team and site supervisors to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of concrete forming and finishing experience
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with construction site safety and OSHA standards
Must be punctual, dependable, and ready to start work daily at 6:00 AM
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required
Must have reliable transportation
