Location: Bakersfield, CA
Pay: $18-$24/hr.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Client Success Team Representative (CST Rep) to deliver outstanding customer service and support the consulting team (sales support). This role reports directly to the Corporate Director and Office Manager. The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, honest, and naturally driven to help and excel.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with prospects to ensure client satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings, sales training, and corporate training.
- Track key performance metrics (calls made, appointments scheduled, contracts processed).
- Promote company culture and values.
- Contribute to continuous service improvements for clients.
- Deliver a high level of professionalism in customer interactions.
- Address client concerns in a timely, understanding, and respectful manner.
- Provide sales support, including forwarding emails, calls, and messages as needed.
- Utilize office equipment and software (CRM, Google Suite, Microsoft Office) for timely communication and accurate data entry.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of office experience is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Business Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Passion for teamwork and providing top-tier client support.
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and achieve set goals.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation is a plus.
