Location: Visalia, CA
Schedule: 100% onsite during training (approx. 3 months), then hybrid (2 days in-office per week)
Compensation: $71,000 – $100,000 DOE

About the Opportunity
Key Staffing is partnering with a well-established organization dedicated to improving outcomes for students across California through Medicaid reimbursement programs. This organization works closely with Local Education Agencies (LEAs), including school districts, county offices of education, and public agencies, helping them maximize funding that supports critical services such as nursing, counseling, mental health, and special education.
We are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Account Manager to join their Client Operations Team. This is a highly consultative and externally facing role focused on driving measurable results for clients through partnership, analysis, and strategic guidance.
This is not a transactional or task-focused position — it is ideal for a professional who thrives in influence-based roles, builds trusted partnerships, and enjoys identifying data-driven solutions that create meaningful impact.
Position Overview
The Account Manager will serve as a strategic partner to Local Education Agencies (LEAs), helping them maximize program participation and reimbursement opportunities under Medi-Cal student programs. This role requires strong relationship management, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with LEA stakeholders
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing consultative guidance and long-term strategic support
Analyze program participation and reimbursement trends
Identify gaps in performance and recommend tailored solutions
Resolve high-level client issues and challenges
Drive measurable client outcomes through influence and partnership
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between client strategy and internal operations
Support Utilization Management Reviews (UMR) or similar program reviews (preferred experience)
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are seeking professionals who bring:
Experience in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, or Strategic Partnerships
Strong consultative and advisory skills
Experience working with public agencies, education, healthcare, or government-funded programs (preferred)
Data analysis skills with the ability to identify trends and recommend solutions
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
Ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
