Key Staffing is seeking a skilled and motivated Welder to join our team at a leading water drilling company. As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and durability of equipment used in water drilling operations. We welcome applicants with various levels of experience and are particularly open to individuals eager to grow in their welding career. Responsibilities: Perform Rod Welding and Stick Welding, with proficiency in Mid/Tig techniques. Utilize Manual Machinist skills to support the fabrication and maintenance of drilling equipment. Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards to ensure the reliability of welded components. Collaborate with the maintenance team to troubleshoot and address welding-related issues. Work efficiently within the designated work schedule, Monday to Saturday, from 7 am to 5 pm. Flexibility to work overtime as needed, including weekends, to meet project demands. Requirements: Basic experience in Rod Welding and Stick Welding; Mid/Tig welding skills are a plus. Manual Machinist experience in a relevant industrial setting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality welds. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals. Willingness to learn and adapt to new welding techniques and technologies. Physical fitness and stamina to perform welding tasks in various conditions.
